Founded in 1989 as a small, family-run business, PFS Helston Ltd brings over 30 years of expertise in the water industry. From the very beginning, we have been committed to exceptional customer service, high-quality solutions, and staying true to our family values. THREE DECADES
Expanding expertise in clean water solutions
Over the decades, we have expanded our reach and capabilities, providing comprehensive solutions for clean water pumping systems — from design and installation to servicing and maintenance. Our expertise covers Borehole Pumps, Booster Pumps, UltraViolet (UV) treatment systems, and pH and Mineral Correction systems. In addition to clean water services, we also maintain and repair sewage systems, including Pumping and Treatment Stations.

Rooted in Family Values
Where it all began - delivering practical solutions with a personal touch.
Originally established as Pump and Farm Supplies, our business initially focused on serving local agricultural and domestic markets. As demand grew, we expanded our team of engineers and extended our services across South Cornwall. Our strong relationships with leading pump manufacturers have allowed us to build significant buying power, ensuring we can offer competitive pricing while maintaining our high standards of service for both domestic and commercial clients.
Expanding into Specialist Water Systems
From pumps to pH correction - growing our services to meet wider needs.
In 2003, we became a Limited company and rebranded as PFS Helston Ltd. By 2005, continued growth led us to relocate to larger premises at Water-Ma-Trout, providing enhanced workshop facilities, greater storage capacity, and the opportunity to further expand our product range.

I had the pleasure of dealing with PFS this week for the first time after I had to source a part at very short notice to make a connection to a South West Water sewer. I made a call after being recommended to them and they knew exactly what I needed, exactly when they could get it and when it arrived they even went through the setup.
