We offer two primary technologies: oxidation and ion exchange—each chosen based on your water’s chemistry and flow rate requirements.
Oxidation systems use air-injection to introduce oxygen into the water, causing the iron and manganese to oxidise and precipitate out, making them easier to filter. A pH level of 7 is usually needed for iron removal, while manganese requires a higher pH of around 8. Alternatively, ion exchange systems use specialist resins that replace iron and manganese with sodium ions from a brine solution—ideal for low-level contamination and situations where pH balance is harder to control. Both options are effective, efficient, and engineered to deliver cleaner, safer water.
